A night for Langzauner that “bowled everyone over”

Recently, 60 highly enthusiastic members of our staff had the opportunity to take part in a fun, lively and convivial nine-pin bowling competition held in the Laufenböck inn in Riedau, near Lambrechten in Upper Austria where we are based. The inn opened specially to host the event. The participants drew lots in order to form 12 teams and mixed bags of groups consisting of members of various departments resulted.

Not only the best bowling team got to be the champs but individual prizes were also awarded during the evening. The challenge trophy for the most “full house” pitches in which only the king pin remains standing went to Gerhard Friedwagner, while Erwin Witzmann got the prize for achieving the most “nine-ringers”. Our congratulations go to all the winners!

The winning team, consisting of Gerhard Friedwagner, Gerhard Ziegler and Simon Doblinger certainly knew how to celebrate their victory. At the same time, everyone there enjoyed the evening to the full.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank those who organised the event, Norbert and Rene Laher and Jürgen Friedwagner. Our personnel are already looking forward to the next bowling competition when they can again experience an evening that is “all beer and skittles”!
