This year four more apprentices were taken on in the areas of mechanical engineering, mechatronics and electrical engineering at Langzauner, because we attach great importance to the training of apprentices.
Our automation solutions and composite presses convince worldwide. To ensure that this continues to be the case, we invest a lot of time and commitment in apprentice training and our employees.
The training takes place in different areas. A rotation plan specifies when and for how long an apprentice will be trained in the respective department.
Depending on the year of training, the apprentices assemble our special systems or standard machines or turn and weld the components for them. This training plan not only enables them to get to know the entire company, but also to acquire comprehensive technical competence. This is again proven by the top performance of our apprentices in the final apprenticeship examination.
