Our automation solutions and composite presses are convincing worldwide. To ensure that this continues, we invest a lot of time and commitment in apprentice training and our employees.

The training takes place in the different areas. A rotation plan specifies when and for how long an apprentice is trained in the respective department. According to the apprenticeship year, the apprentices assemble our special systems or standard machines or turn and weld the components for them. This training plan not only familiarizes the apprentice with the entire apprentice operation, but also enables him or her to acquire comprehensive technical expertise.
